Tell us how you feel

I decided to launch this blog to foster discussion and action concerning businesses that have done you wrong. I have had a horrible experience with a New York based business called Digital Innovations. I have paid for a battery charger for them that was overpriced in the first place and they sent me a broken one, followed by the wrong model and after after I sent that one back they are unwilling to send me another. They have verbally confirmed that they would send me one on two occasions and they never did. I missed videotaping my sons first significant christmas because of their incompetence. Their customer service is horrible and telling you about it here is my last hope at getting payback. Feel free to comment on your own bad business experiences and hopefully we can influence them to be better at what they do.
